Photos of a child tied with a rope on his neck and treated like a dog with his own mother circulating in internet. This photos was criticized by netizen for its disturbing captions where the child was tied up with a rope on his neck like dog that clearly shows abusing the innocent child which is against the law.
The photos was posted by facebook user named Ayra Dela Cruz Francisco on yesterday. The 3 photos shows a little child crawling on the dirty floor with rope on his neck while eating a dog food. The images went viral and shared several time on facebook and viewed by millions already. This incident is under investigation of DSWD and they are working on tracing the facebook account and get information about the mother who did it.
ABS-CBN news aired this incidents on May 26 with the help of DSWD proper and legal action will be conducted to assure that this kind of act is against the law.
We tried to search the name of the posted but we found zero result except the fanpage that was created intended for this issue, but the images was not there.
Facebook users express their opinion and feelings through comments after seeing the photos. Its all negative towards the mother or to anyone responsible this kind of inhuman act.
If the mother of this child proven guilty, she will be facing charges and imprisonment for how many years and the child will be taking care by the DSWD.

Dying dog rescued from 3 days suffering from pain with electrical tape tied around his muzzle
An enormous and most malicious animal cruelty happened in South Carolina after a report was sent to Charleston Animal Society about a dog that find its way home after it was sold for $10 to a buyer but the dog was abused and the owner found out that his dog has electrical tape tied around its muzzle that caused severe pain and infection and resulted to its mouth to swollen and its tongue trapped between its teeth comes out.

The Animal Society rescued the dog from the edge of death, surgery and proper treatment was applied. The name of the dog was identified as Caitlyn -,15month-old Staffordshire mix.

Today the dog was doing well, eating with its own and under observation to monitor its condition after surgery. According the director of Aldwin Roman, Director, Anti-Cruelty & Outreach at Charleston Animal Society, said this was “the most malicious case of animal abuse” he had encountered in his entire career.

Due to massive numbers of dog cruelty and after this incident, Animal society decided to imply abiding laws against suspect who did this to Caitlyn and a $1,000 dollars reward who can provide information and lead to arrest the suspect who did this to Caitlyn and additional $5,000 fromHumane Society of the United States to make the arrest possible.

United Airlines Passenger was forcibly get off the plane
A video of man dragged by police officers out from his seat became the youtube and social media viral sensation, it happened inside of one of the United Airlines plane. This incident happened on April 9th and the video captured by one of the passenger and posted online. The video went viral and currently the United Airlines getting a heavy bashed with negative feed back from the people.
The person in the video that was dragged by the Police officer is a Doctor, Asian in race and he was the one randomly selected to by pulled out from his seats due to overbooking mishaps. Not just one but 4 people are asked to be voluntarily re-booked with compensation during that time but the doctor insist to stay because of schedule with his patient that he need to attend on Monday.

Passenger who witnessed the incidents irked and appalled why they are treated the passenger that way. In the video, the man was dragged down from his seat and brought outside the cabin as he refused to be rebooked. The man was seen bleeding and crying. The video was taken not by one passenger, there are different angles of videos where published online, including the one where the passenger blooded and went back to cabin and says "Just kill me now".
According to news, the officer who are involved of dragging the man was suspended due to his lack of due process of law and apply the standard procedure.
However, the airline insist that they are just doing standard procedure to remove the passenger.
